What is 1st Time Only NRE Fee?
The 1st Time Only NRE Fee covers the cost of arranging set-up for the production of your PCB design. This is included in set-up costs and is charged when you first order
a part number and for each subsequent revision, but is not required for repeat-orders unless a design change is made.
What kind files does PCB Fabrication need to make the PCB?
We accept Gerber files, 274X files, or Protel PCB files. When your send the Gerber files, please also indicate the number of layers
Does PCB Fabrication charge an extra fee for gold plating , OSP, finishing?
Yes, but there is no extra charge for larger quantity orders.
Will PCB Fabrication charge me if I pay the money and you can not read me PCB file?
Absolutely NOT, we will 100% refund your payment.
Does PCB Fabrication charge an extra fee for different colors of solder mask such as blue, red, yellow, black?
Yes, but there is no extra charge for larger quantity orders.

How to Order?
Step 1: Customer quote on line or send your design files by E-mail to us so we can quote for you. In the E-mail please inform us your name, telephone number, shipping address, email address and the quantity of boards you need.
Step 2: We will give you a quote by E-mail. If you confirm this quotation, please make the payment. We will send an E- mail to confirm your order very soon.
Step 3: We will start manufacture your boards as soon as our engineer department pass your PCB design file exam. And we will send you a confirmation via email, too.
Step 4: When your boards are ready, we will ship them to you immediately. Tracking number will be provided once it becomes available.
Step 5: Our customers are always welcome to login our website to check their order status and print the Invoice.
How does PCB Fabrication panelize PCBs for the customers?
Just send the files for an individual board and tell us what you need, and then PCB Fabrication engineers will panelize it for you, it is FREE.
What are the dimensions of a standard panel? I need to figure out how many of my
circuit boards will fit on a panel for my online quote.
We do not have the dimensions of a standard panel. But unless necessary, for PCB best quality control and pricing, we recommend the panel length or width is
between 5 to 12.5 inches.
