Will you let me know if my PCB files are OK or not ?
Sure, PCB Fabrication will report to you detail information if your PCB files are not good to fabricate the PCBs. If everything is OK, we also will send an email to report to you that we have begin to fabricate the PCBs for you.

When can I know my PCB's shipping date ? How do you count the shipping date?
After our engineer department pass your PCB files, we will send an email to let you know your PCB files are OK, and report to you the PCB shipping date, too. In the lower part of the PCB quotes, the lead time terms business days.

How to check your order status ?
Log in our website, click "Track My Orders"button, our website can show your PCB order status.

How to track your PCBs?
Soon after we ship the PCBs to our customers, we always send a email to explain to you which shipping company we used, together with the track number. My company will check the shipping website until you receive the boards. Incase the shipping company has trouble to delivery the boards to you, we will email a note to the customer.
