For PCBs fabricated with Lead Free HASL, or ENIG, or Soft God, or Immersion Tin, or Bare Copper, or OSP, or Electroplatin Gold, or Hard Gold, if our customers need, we can provide RoHS certificate, which cost a document fee only.
