SVHC (REACH) Declaration of Compliance

What is REACH?

REACH stands for Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals, it is European Union's regulation to protect human health and environment from chemical risk. To comply with the regulation, companies must identify and manage the risks linked to the substances they manufacture and market in the EU.

What is SVHC of REACH?

REACH published its regulation articles 7, 31 and 33 to define the Substance of Very High Concern (SVHC). Up to Jan. 20, 2021, there are 211 substances on the list. For detail, please check https://www.echa.europa.eu/candidate-list-table

Based on the relevant information we collected from the raw board companies and chemical material suppliers, we could assure that in the PCBs we make for customers, the concentration of the 211 hazardous substances listed in the latest update of REACH SCVHC is less than 0.1% (weight over weight). Our products meet the safety standards established by REACH.
