- When can I know my PCB's shipping date ? How do you count the shipping date?
After our engineer department pass your PCB files, we will send an email to let you know your PCB files are OK, and report to you the PCB shipping date, too. In the lower part of the PCB quotes, the lead time terms business days.
- How to make sure to ship my PCBs with the shipping company I prefer?
You need to do 3 steps. Step 1: You quote from beginning, step by step, when you arrive at the quote cart webpage, select the shipping company you preferred. (See the above example photo) Step 2: Click NEXT button to generate the quote if you need not to add any more PCB designs into the shopping cart. Step 3: After my company official quote show in your browser, double check the quote specification, make sure the shipping company is the one you selected. (See the below example photo)
- In FedEx or UPS we have our account. Can it save our shipping fee if you use our account to ship the PCBs to us?
The history experience tell us NO. We did so for many customers, but they gave up after trials as they realized they paid more than our quote shipping fee. If you like you can try, you will see what I said.
