PCB Finger Chamfered

  1. PCB fingers are typically used for inserting the PCB into connection sockets. In most cases, PCBs are manufactured with chamfered PCB fingers, with a common chamfer angle of 30 to 40 degrees. However, in prototype PCB production, PCB fingers are often left unchamfered unless specifically requested by the customer. This is because, for prototype orders, manual chamfering is relatively easy to perform if needed.
  2. Please note that we do not offer gold plating exclusively for PCB fingers. If you require gold-plated PCB fingers, please select "0.1mil/0.002mil Electroless Nickel/Immersion Gold" in section 3/5. We will then fabricate the entire PCB using the ENIG (Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold) process.
